+Who should I contact with for any requests?

Please dial 4444 from your room. Our Call Center is available 24/7. 

+Can I arrange celebration for special occasion?

Yes we will assist you to make your special occasion memorable. We offer free of charge packages forbirthday, wedding anniversary and honeymoon. Please contact Guest Services team in lobby for more details.

+What SPA facilities are free and what are chargeable?

Such a spa facilities as Turkish bath (16+), Sauna (16+), Steam Room (16+), Indoor Swimming Pool, Vitamin Bar and Fitness Center (16+) are free of charge. All SPA treatments are chargeable.

+Does your hotel offer any business services?

There are 5 conference halls of different size and capacity available, all necessary equipment is provided as well. You may find more detailed information on our web page.

 

+Do you have babysitting service?

Babysitting facility is chargeable and provided for kids above 1 year old. Please contact Leo Kids Club team for more information.  

+Is there Kids Club in the main Aska Lara building?

There is kids room in the main building, available only during winter season.

+What are the age limits for children using Kids Club?

Children up to 4 years old can stay in Leo Kids Club under parental control only. There are no other age restrictions.

+Do you have a pharmacy in the hotel?What are the conditions of using tennis courts?

There are 2 tennis courts (tartan) in the hotel. Reservation, equipment and court lightning are free of charge. Please make your court reservation at Guest Services desk in lobby.

+Do you have a pharmacy in the hotel?

There is no pharmacy store in the hotel. We can assist you with ordering necessary medicines from the nearest pharmacy. Please contact Guest Services desk in lobby to get an assistance.

+Can I get health care in hotel?

Health care is provided on chargeable basis. Doctor office is opened between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please call 4444 (24/7) from your room in case of emergency or contact Front Office, Guest Services departments.

+Do you have a shops in hotel?

Yes. Both in the main building and in Wet’n Wild Park area.

+Is there laundry service available in the hotel?

There are laundry services provided (chargeable).

+Do you have a car rental office in your hotel?

You may find Car rental office in hotel lobby (chargeable). 

+Are there parasols or sun shade on the beach?

There are parasols on the beach area. Private beach pavilions are chargeable and can be booked at Guest Services desk in lobby in advance.

+What type of air conditioning is in the rooms?

There is central air conditioning system in our hotel. 
Important! Cooling / heating air conditioning modes are set by hotel according to summer / winter season periods. 

+Is it pebble or sand beach over there?

There is a sand beach with a pebble entrance into the sea. 

+Are there any pools heated?

There are outdoor and indoor heated pools in the main hotel area.
Important! Heated during winter season only.

 

+Are there any 24 hours bars or dining amenities?

Brasserie Snack Restaurant & Bar offers drinks and cold sandwiches 24/7. Room service is available 24/7 (chargeable). 

+What A la carte restaurants do you have? How do I book them?

There are 4 A la carte restaurants in the hotel. There are Italian, Asian, Fish and Turkish restaurants on offer. All a la carte restaurants are chargeable and can be booked at Guest Services desk in advance.

+What are your other baby friendly facilities?

Free facilities: baby cots, potties, baby baths and toilet seats are provided for the rooms upon request. High chairs are provided in all hotel restaurants.
You may find baby corner with blender, microwave and baby bottle warmer in the main restaurant Anka 24/7, Leo Kids Club (summer season). Microwave is available in Brasserie Snack Restaurant & Bar 24/7 (main building) and Lounge Snack Restaurant & Bar (Wet’n Wild park, summer season only). Baby swimming diapers are provided in Leo Kids Club.

Chargeable facilities: jar baby food (needs to be required in advance at Guest Services), push chairs rental.

+Is there baby menu?

There is Kids buffet in hotel main restaurant and in Leo Kids Club in Wet’n Wild park. Both are available during summer seasononly. You may always find simply boiled vegetables, meat and fish etc. in the main restaurant. If you have any struggles with finding appropriate baby food please do not hesitate to contact Guest Service team in lobby for assistance. 

+Do you have WiFi? Where is it available?

WiFi is available in all the rooms and public areas of hotel. Free of charge. High speed WiFi is chargeable facility.

 

+Are there iron rooms or irons provided?

Due to fire safety restrictions there are no iron rooms or iron forthe rooms provided in our hotel. You may use hotel laundry service (chargeable).

+Is there a mini bar in rooms? Is it chargeable?

All our rooms have a mini bar, it is free of charge and replenished on daily basis.

+Is there a safe box in rooms? Is it chargeable?

All hotel rooms are equipped with a safe box. It is free of charge.

+Does hotel have adopted rooms?

There are 6 adopted rooms in our hotel. All hotel areas are wheelchair accessible. One of our shuttle buses is equipped with wheelchair elevator. 

+Do you provide extra bed for additional person in the room?

There is sofa in each of our rooms which can be converted to extra sleeping place. Folding bed is provided as second additional sleeping place. Both has full of value orthopedic mattress on.  Baby cots are provided upon request.

 

+Do you have a rooms with a bath tube?

All our rooms are equipped with walk-in shower cabins. 

+Can I smoke in the hotel? Where?

All our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed in open air areas and room balconies. Ashtrays for the rooms are provided upon request. It is not allowed to smoke shisha on the room balconies. Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas as well.

 

+Is there currency exchange in the hotel?

Currency exchange is available at the Reception desk.

+Do you have an ATM in your hotel or nearby?

There is no ATM inside of hotel, ATM can be found nearby the hotel. 

+What forms of payment are accepted to pay my room bill?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, Cash payments in Turkish Lira, Euro, Dollar and GBP.

+Do you have car parking facilities?

Hotel provides car parking place.

+Is accommodation with pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed.

+Do you offer lunch boxes?

There is no lunch box facility. Brasserie Snack Restaurant & Bar offers patisserie during day time, cold sandwiches and wide range of drinks 24h. 

+What languages are available at your hotel?

Turkish, English, German, Russian, French.

+Do you provide airport transfer? What is the charge?
If you would like to arrange an individual transfer from / to the airport please provide us your full name, amount of passengers and full flight details. Charge will depend on amount of passengers.
Important! Airport transfer can be booked latest 3 days before arrival / departure date.

 

+What is the main concept of Aska River Suites?

Guests of Aska River Suites may benefit all services and facilities within all inclusive concept in Wet’n Wild park. Such an amenities of the main Aska Lara building as main restaurant, tennis courts, night club Owl, SPA center facilities (spa treatments are chargeable) are also the part of AI package for the guests of Aska River Suites. Aska River Suites has its own adult and kids pools, snack restaurant and bar. 

+What is Aska River Suites?

Aska River Suites is our annex building opened in 2017. It located in 100 m behind of main Aska Lara Resort & SPA building and in 450 m away from the Wet’n Wild park at the beach side. There is shuttle bus available to get to Aska Lara main building and to the beach side (during summer season only). 

+What are chargeable services of Wet´n Wild Park?

Adventure park (rope park and zip-line), beach cabanas, water sports, SPA treatments, some imported, luxury and bottled drinks, some of the activities in Leo Kids Club, shisha.

+How do I get to Wet’n Wild Park?

There are regular shuttle buses provided to get to/from the beach site. Journey will take about couple of minutes. On walk  7-10 minutes.

Important! Shuttle service is available during summer season only.

+What is Wet’n Wild Park? Where is it?

Aska Lara Resort & SPA main building and theme entertainment Wet’n Wild park are split by the road between them. Main building located on second line. Wet’n Wild park - at the beach site in 350 m away from the main building. You may find pools, aqua park, luna park, restaurants, bars, kids club, amphitheatre, spa center etc. in there.  Wet’n Wild park fully belongs Aska Lara Resort & SPA and can be used only by our guests.

Important! All facilities and amenities of Wet’n Wild park are NOT available during winter season. Park itself and beach are still accessible.

+What are summer and winter concepts (summer / winter seasons) of hotel?

Summer concept lasts from April, 1st until October, 31st. Winter concept – November, 1st – March 31st.

Important! The dates mentioned above are weather conditions and hotel management decision dependent. Not all hotel facilities are summer / winter concept related and may have their own working periods.

+What is your check-out time?

Check-out time is 12:00pm. I case you would like to check out later time, please contact Front Office in advance. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed and will depend on room availability. It is chargeable facility.

+What is your standard check-in time?

Check-in time is 14:00pm. You may request an early check-in when making your reservation, but it will depend on room availability and cannot be guaranteed.

+When was the hotel opened?

Our hotel located in 12 km far from Antalya International Airport. Journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes (traffic dependent).

+What are your chargeable amenities?

Health Treatments and other Body, Face, Skin & Nail Care types, VIP Sauna and Turkish Bath in the SPA, Adventure Park, Car Rental, Coiffure, Shops, Photographer, Doctor services, Baby Sitting, Baby Cart Rental, Games Centre (Bowling, Billiards, 3D games), Beach and Pool Cabanas Rent, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Motorized Water Sports, Wind Surfing, Convention Centre, Private coach (football, swimming, gymnastics, tennis classes), A´La Carte Restaurants, 24 Hours Room Service, Some Imported, Luxury and Vintage Bottled Drinks, High Speed Internet, Late Check Out, Airport Transfer.

+What does Ultra All Inclusive concept mean?

UAI concept includes a minimum three meals daily, soft drinks, most of alcoholic drinks, daily activities, night entertainment and your chosen accommodations. The main difference of the Ultra All Inclusive resorts is a higher level of food and beverages, as well as 24 hours access to the food & drinks.
